‘Black Panther’ Actress, Sope Aluko Gets Day Dedicated To Her In Florida County

Sope Aluko, the only Nigerian actress in the viral movie, Black Panther, has been honoured with her very own day, April 10, by the the Miami-Dade County in Florida, United States.

The Nigerian-born actress who starred in Hollywood movie “Black Panther” shared the news on Instagram.

Sharing photos from the event on her handle, she wrote:

Soooo this just happened!!!!! I was awarded a #proclamation declaring today as #SopeAluko day in #miamidade by #countycommissioner@audreymedmonsonand Mayor @mayorgimenez Thank you @mistyxbrown for organizing this incredible honor!
